Try with a tasty veggie curry, stir fry or even sushi.
To cook, simply pour the broccoli and cauliflower rice into a large heatproof bowl, cover generously with boiling water and stir with a fork. Let it stand for around 8 minutes, drain well and stir before enjoying.
