For orders below $40, a shipping fee will apply. For estimates on delivery, please see the below list.

All orders are usually dispatched within 1-2 business days, and we aim to have your order delivered within 3 business days (for the Eastern Coast). In some cases, it may take up to 7 business days for delivery (for Western Coast and regional areas.) As most of our products are made to order, occasionally shipments may take a little longer than expected. However, in any case please feel free to contact us on friends@finefettle.com.au or 02 9648 4492 if you experience any significant delays or have a query regarding your order.

REFUND POLICY
In the case that Fine Fettle supplies an incorrect product, please notify us on 02 9648 4492 or friends@finefettle.com.au within 48 hours of delivery and as long as the product is unopened and in its original packaging we will arrange the correct product to be sent at no additional cost. We will also request and require the proof of purchase.
Please note that this will be at the discretion of Fine Fettle Pty Ltd. We do not exchange or refund for change of mind, individual tastes or incorrect products ordered. In the instance that a product may have exceeded its use by date when received, or is faulty in some way, Fine Fettle will replace the product at no additional cost.
